Rental Management Service

If you are planning to rent out your property, Welcome Home offers the following services to guarantee your peace of mind :

-Preparation of the property for the rental, to include clearing away of personal effects. 

-Welcoming of the tenants on their arrival, and preparation of a “provençal welcome snack”. 

-Management of the house and provision of maid service.

Based on 2 visits a week, and exclusive of the costs of preparation and closure .

-Telephone assistance provided

-Full inventory carried out on arrival and at departure of  tenants.
